| 1971 | 1971 Hans-Peter Krummen founded the one-man business H.P. Krummen in Gümmen BE, which specialised on cattle and element transport. Quick transformation to an international transport company. |
| 1976 | Move to Kerzers to the new garage. |
| 1979 | Takeover of the two transport companies Oskar Landolt Inc. and Ernst Bolliger Inc. |
| 1980 | More than 30 vehicles tour the whole of Europe and the near East. |
| 1983 | New building for the “Garage Allmend” with a modern truck painting plant |
| 1987 | Modernising of the whole garage set up. |
| 1992 | Dedication of the new company house with stock, office, truck-washing facilities and tyre store. |
| 1996 | Unexpected death of company owner and his wife. Take over of the management by the two sons Hans and Peter Krummen. |
| 1997 | Founding of Krummen Kerzers Inc. |
| 1998 | ISO 2000 certification. |
| 2001 | Outsourcing of the workshop in an independent Inc.orporation, the inter BUS Inc. |
| 2005 | Founding of a branch in the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland (Ticino) |
| 2007 | ISO 22’000 certification. |
| 2007 | Outsourcing living animal transportation to the newly founded Krummen LTT Inc. |
